The official language of the Congress is English.
English/Italian translation will be provided in the Congress Main
Conference Hall, during Plenary Sessions.
Accreditation points
The 11th International Congress on Oral Cancer has requested ECM
Accreditation points from the Italian Ministry of Health.
Conflict of Interest and Quality Assurance
The information presented at the 11th International Congress on
Oral Cancer will be unbiased and based on scientific evidence. To
help participants make judgments about the presence of bias the
Congress will provide information that speakers have disclosed about
financial relationships they have with commercial entities that
produce or market products or services related to the content of
ECM Activities.
The disclosure information will be made available in the 11th ICOOC
programme distributed in advance of the meeting and/or on site.
Reasonable efforts will be taken intending for educational subject
matters to be presented in a balance, unbiased fashion and in compliance
with regulatory requirements.
However each program attendee must always use his/her own personal
and professional judgment when considering further application of
this information, particularly as it may relate to patient diagnostic
or treatment decisions.
The 11th International Congress on Oral Cancer is committed
to the non promotional advancement of knowledge and science in the
research and treatment of oral cancer.
Commercial Exhibition
An exhibition of technical equipment, instruments and pharmaceutical
products will take place in the congress area and will be open throughout
the congress.

SOCIAL PROGRAMME
Opening Ceremony & Get Together Party (included in
the registration fee)
The opening Ceremony will be held in the Main Hall (Hall A) of Grado
Congress Hall on Sunday, 14 May 2006, at 18:30. The Get Together
Party will follow at 20:00.
Folk Evening (included in the registration fee)
The Folk Evening (Traditional Italian Food & Music) will be
held on Monday, 15 May 2006, at 20:30, at Ca’Tullio Wineyards,
in Aquileia (5 Km north to Grado). Bus transfer will be provided
for the Congress delegates from and to Grado.
Gala Dinner (not included in the registration fee)
The Gala Dinner will be held at Villa Manin , in Passariano (Udine),
on Tuesday, 16 May 2006, at 20:30. Bus transfer will be provided
from and to Grado for the registered Congress delegates.
A Touristic Programme (not included in the registration
fee) has been organized for Accompanying Persons , with visits to
Grado & Aquileia, Venice, Udine & the Longobards Art, Trieste
& Miramare Castle. Informations and reservations at the Congress
Secretariat.

Cancellations and Refunds
Registration fees are not refundable after 15 February 2006.
Liability
The 11th ICOOC reserves the right to amend any part of the Congress
programme should numbers of participants require it to do so.
The 11th ICOOC and the Congress Secretariat will not accept liability
for damages of any nature sustained by participants or their accompanying
persons, or losses of, or damage to their personal property as a
result of the Congress or related events.
